You may want to consider making a bequest to The Jewish Foundation for the Righteous. A bequest is a way to make a gift to the JFR at the time of your death.
A bequest is written into your will. You would include The Jewish Foundation for the Righteous as a beneficiary of a bequest. The gift may be a set amount of money, a specific asset (e.g., 100 shares of stock), or a percentage of an estate.
You may provide that your bequest be unrestricted or be added to our endowment fund. Endowment funds provide reliable sources of income to be used for the JFR’s two program areas – rescuer support and education.
A separate endowment in your name (or one you so designate) may be established with a minimum gift of $250,000.
Once you have completed your will – or if you have further questions – please contact Stanlee Stahl, Executive Vice President at 973.736.1800 or at [email protected].
